Creatio Launches 10x Release, Giving Every Employee a Way to Build Their Own AI Agent
Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together, has announced Creatio 10x — the company's largest release to date. The update is built around a simple idea: agent building shouldn't be limited to developers. With Creatio 10x, any employee can describe what they need in plain language and have a working AI agent running in minutes, while IT and operations teams retain full governance over how those agents behave.
The release lands at a moment when many enterprises are stuck between two extremes — simple chatbots that can't do much, and custom-built agents that take months of engineering to ship. Creatio 10x is designed to close that gap by giving both business users and technical teams tools built for their level of complexity, on the same platform.
AI Twin: An Agent Builder for Non-Technical Users
The centerpiece of the release is AI Twin, a no-skills-required agent assistant available to every end user. Through a conversational interface, employees can describe a repetitive task or workflow and AI Twin builds a personal agent to handle it — no coding, no IT ticket. Every agent created this way still runs inside the access rights, guardrails, and policies the organization has already defined, so speed doesn't come at the expense of control.
Creatio AI Studio: Governance for Agents at Scale
For more complex or fully autonomous use cases, Creatio 10x introduces Creatio AI Studio, aimed at teams managing the agent lifecycle end-to-end. It adds:
Agent no-code designers for building agents visually or in natural language, without development skills.
Governance and observability, including real-time policy enforcement, approval workflows, and full execution visibility so every agent decision can be monitored, controlled, and audited — along with tools to manage AI spend across models and actions.
Integrations and channels, connecting agents to web chat, text, messaging apps, voice, and video avatars, and to existing systems through Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST standards.
Together, AI Twin and AI Studio give organizations two entry points into agentic AI: one for employees who just want to automate their own work, and one for the teams responsible for deploying and governing agents across the business.
CRM Upgrades Across Sales, Marketing, and Service
Creatio 10x also extends its core CRM products with new AI-driven capabilities:
Sales gets AI-driven engagement sequences, guided selling, deeper forecast validation, and voice agents for field sales.
Marketing adds agents that build audience segments, generate landing pages and email content, and orchestrate campaigns end-to-end.
Service picks up a refreshed real-time agent experience, native AI-powered web, video, and text chat, and expanded omnichannel management.
New industry agents cover onboarding and account servicing for banking, and field visit preparation for manufacturing — built to work alongside Creatio CRM or third-party CRM systems already in place.
Part of a Broader "Unlimited Enterprise" Push
Creatio 10x builds on the company's Unlimited Enterprise model, which removes per-seat and per-agent pricing constraints so organizations can scale automation across people and AI agents without hitting the usage caps common in traditional enterprise software.
"Creatio 10x gives organizations everything they need to build, govern, and scale enterprise AI — from visual no-code tools and AI coding agents that make application development accessible to anyone, to enterprise-grade governance and industry-leading CRM on a single AI-native platform," said Andie Dovgan, Chief Growth Officer at Creatio. "We built this release to remove every barrier to AI adoption, so our customers can automate faster, consolidate their tech stack, and scale agentic automation ahead of everyone else in their market."
Summing It Up
Creatio 10x tackles one of the more persistent gaps in enterprise AI adoption: the distance between what an average employee can build and what IT is willing to govern. By pairing a no-code personal agent builder with a full governance layer for more complex agents, Creatio is positioning its platform as a single place to both democratize agent creation and keep it under control — a combination more enterprises are likely to look for as agentic AI moves from pilot projects to daily operations.
