Overview

Varex is a team of five experienced developers integrating reliable AI support agents into subscription-based mobile and web products. We automate ticket resolution, cancellations, refunds, subscription details, general support and retention offers. We have extensive Zendesk integration experience, connect other helpdesks and custom backends, and offer custom development. Our team has delivered dozens of integrations, with AI agents processing hundreds of thousands of requests per month. Reusable components accelerate delivery and lower costs. A basic agreed-scope integration can take one week; custom projects are scoped separately. Purchasing the Varex product is not required. Client ownership of custom code and IP can be arranged.
