Overview
Novaeon Studio is an AI agent consulting and engineering studio near Bucharest, Romania, working for companies across the EU. We call it the AI Agent Factory: a repeatable line that turns a business process into a tested, approved, released agent (Idea, Agent, Release, Run). Services: AI Agent Readiness Audits (use cases, risks, roadmap), AI agent engineering (skills, MCP/A2A integrations, structured output, RAG with sources), SAP agents and Joule readiness, AI release management (inventory, versions, eval gate, risk rating, approval, rollback) and private AI labs on local, open models. Our background is 22+ years of enterprise SAP release and change management. We publish open models and evaluation work on Hugging Face and contribute upstream to open-source agent tooling.
