MIDGARDx

Overview

MIDGARDx is a Kelowna, British Columbia company that puts AI to work where it makes a measurable difference, with a focus on construction, civil engineering and the trades. Our leadership brings over 30 years of combined technology and engineering experience. Construction AI (Atlas AI): our intelligent job-site platform connects workers, supervisors, drawings, drones and sensors in one system. It supports hands-free drawing and spec retrieval through smart glasses and a hard-hat sensor module, voice questions, photo and video documentation, deficiency reporting, progress tracking, thermal imaging, LiDAR/3D scanning and drone site scans, with privacy built in. Civil engineering and city simulation: software that simulates city attributes, showing where snow will build up, how water will flow and how people will move, so engineers and planners can test decisions before they build. AI administration and business automation: custom AI assistants and agents, AI receptionists and phone answering, email and scheduling automation, customer-service AI, CRM and sales automation, and quoting, estimating and invoicing automation. AI Trades Academy: training that helps tradespeople and crews adopt AI tools on the job. Construction services: project management for general construction, plus skilled labour to finish jobs. Drone services: inspections, thermal imaging, site mapping and aerial documentation fed into AI analysis.
